Zaytoon Academy presents a structured Alimiyyah programme in English and Arabic for sisters taught by qualified Ulama and Alimat. The aim of the course is to produce Alimat (female scholars) who are competent in the Islamic sciences, possessing the professional skills necessary to serve and guide the Muslim community with excellence. The course is suitable for anyone who wishes to serve the cause of Islam or just wants to fulfill their obligation to seek as much knowledge about Islam as possible.
Alhamdulillah the course taught at Zaytoon Academy maintains the system of Ijaazah (Authorisation). This means that every graduate student completing this course at Zaytoon Academy is part of an unbroken chain of transmission going all the way back to our beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihe Wasallam.
Throughout the Alimiyyah programme, there is a special focus on character building and personal development through a specialised tarbiyah framework rooted in classical Islamic guidance.
